If you are ordering from ADVA International Ltd (UK) Ltd for your own use (for a non-commercial purpose) then the Consumer Contract Regulations apply. 

If you are ordering from ADVA International Ltd (UK) Ltd for a business (for a commercial purpose) then the Business To Business Terms & Conditions apply.

Ordering of goods

You can place orders online via our website- www.bioadva.co.uk  or you can call us to place an order 02085176610‬. You can also send orders to us via email: [email protected]  We are open Monday to Friday, from 8.00am until 5.00pm. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Any orders placed after 2.00pm or at the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.

Email confirmation is sent for every order that is placed. Confirmation is sent to the email address supplied when opening your account. We cannot re-send this confirmation, so please ensure you enter the correct email address.

We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards VISA, VISA DEBIT, MASTER CARD, Maestro, PayPal and American Express

All products that are shown in the product listing with “order now” button are ready for immediate delivery.

Please note, we also process offline orders, which do not immediately update the availability online. Items listed with “enquiry” button will open up an enquire process.

All images of products are purely for illustration only and do not form part of the description of the product.

ADVA International Ltd UK cannot accept responsibility for any difference between the image on the website and the actual appearance of the product.

All our payments are processed by Stripe or by PayPal. We take credit card security and fraud prevention very seriously.

To ensure a safe transaction it is important that you provide us, and therefore Stripe or PayPal, with the exact address at which your credit/debit card is registered. If there is a discrepancy with the information provided we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to rectify the details.

To make your shopping experience even more secure, we don't store your credit card details at all: each payment is performed once-only via the payment provide

Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods carefully for damage as ADVA International Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises us via email containing a photographic evidence of damage within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

When you place an order, you can create an account to store your order history and track orders or you can register with Facebook. If you check out as a Guest, we cannot add orders to your order history.

Prices & Payment

  1. We take payment in full from your chosen payment option upon receipt of your order.
  2. All goods are subject to availability.
  3. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. VAT can be exempt on certain products according to the current VAT legislation in UK. If you are exempt from VAT please contact us via email

Deliveries

The delivery cost for your order will be shown online at the check-out point.

DPD charges a premium to deliver to non-mainland UK addresses such as Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man and remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands- we offer a 2 Days transit time to these areas.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is processed and despatched, an email will be sent to the email address on your order- this will include a link to the courier website and a tracking reference to monitor the arrival of your order

Cancelations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so as soon as possible. You can email us on [email protected]

In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations, as a customer, you have a cancellation period. This starts the moment you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the good

Once you have notified us that you would like to return the order (which must be within 14 days of receipt of the order), you have 14 days to return the order to usPurchase Guide

Returns

Please note- during the current Coronavirus pandemic, we regret that we cannot accept returns for non-faulty infection control products (items such as hand sanitiser, face masks, face shields etc). 

    A product purchased from ADVA International Ltd may be returned for the following reasons:
  • The customer finds the product unsuitable or is dissatisfied with the product.
  • If the product arrives faulty or damaged.
  • If the product is incorrect due to a mispick or misinformation (this must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of the order).
    When returning orders to us, the following applies:
  • Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and label the parcel/s with it to allow the return to be dealt with as efficiently as possible

Failure to meet the above criteria may result in the return being rejected.
